Some callers assume we are employees and even threatened to have us dismissed if we cannot react to their problem immediately.
Indeed, there are days when we would love to be sacked!
Basically, there are 3 or 4 volunteers who accept the responsibility of actually getting off the old bottom and helping people to help animals in the area.
I mentioned the “old bottom” and this is not exaggeration,
as (with one exception) all volunteers are well over 60 !
We need some Young Bloods to join us !
Anyone under 60 is regarded as Youthful !
So – think about volunteering to work with CAS
The animals need you !
